Stills + Floorplan

Quality listing photos are the most important tool in your marketing arsenal. And according to NAR, buyers and sellers rank floor plans as the 2nd most important MLS media asset. Now when you order your listing photos, you will automatically get the floorplan! The default floorplan will show the interior rooms with labels and measurements and total square footage. If you want to upgrade the floorplan to show fixed furniture/appliances and plumbing fixtures, you can choose the upgrade option that works best for you. High-resolution photos and 2D floorplans are delivered within 24 hours through our cloud delivery service for your additional marketing needs. 3D floorplan products may take 2-3 business days. For the 3D floorplan and video products, you can tell us your preference on design style and we can dress up the property to match your or your client's tastes.

If you property is larger than 5,000sf, you will be invoiced an additional $50 for every additional 1,000sf. This fee is consistent across all floorplan products.

*** PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for staging or cleaning your property prior to shooting. Your property MUST be in Open House / Show-ready condition PRIOR to our arrival. If it is not ready, we will either shoot it as is, or we will make arrangements for a secondary trip for a nominal fee. ***
