Our 3D Floorplan Bundle will take your property marketing into the stratosphere by adding a Rendered Virtually Staged Walkthrough to your measured 2D & 3D Floorplans. We will take your measured floorplan and convert it to a video that walks potential buyers through your space, including virtually staged furniture layouts. If the property is furnished & decorated, the virtual staging is based on what's there. Floor type, paint colors, and furnishings are faithfully interpreted. If the property is vacant, we will dress it up with tasteful furnishings and decorations. 2D Floorplans are delivered within 12-24 hours...3D products are delivered to you within 2-3 days. The floorplans and video are unbranded meaning they can be used on the MLS. Branded versions of the floorplan are available upon request for no additional fee. If you want a branded version of the video, this can done upon request for a nominal fee.

Properties over 3,000sf will be invoiced $25 for each additional 1,000sf. This fee will be based on the finished measurement and invoiced separately.
